Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Just Browsing, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we have a 24-Hour cancellation policy in place, which we kindly request your cooperation with.

Cancellations:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. This will allow us to accommodate your needs and potentially offer the slot to clients on our waiting list. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

Secure Appointment:
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card number. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to provide the required notice for cancellation.

Late Arrivals:
We strive to offer the best possible service to each of our clients, and punctuality is vital to achieving this goal. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled services, including eyebrows and lip or chin waxing, may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure that you receive the full and undivided attention of our experts and to maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
